At Subcooled Air Conditioning we believe that career management amongst our employees is key to a sustainable future for individual employees and the future of our company. This week, our youngest recruit and trainee enrolled in a weeks intensive van driving course. Behind the wheel of a Black 1.6 CDI Citroën Berlingo he was put through his paces through the streets of central London. Tackling all the obstacles and stresses of driving and parking in the hustle of London is a skill in its own right, a skill which has taken a prosperous employee from the man who carries the boxes to the van, to the man who drives the van.
